During these unusual times worldwide with the Corona virus threat all around it is important for our mental and physical health to help relieve our anxiety and fear within ourselves. Many people are stressed and anxious understandably not only with the fear of catching the virus but also the fear of what will happen in the future with work and jobs. It is important to take some time to help your mind settle and relieve anxiety even for a little while. Stressful negative emotions for too long can use up a lot of energy and therefore weaken your immune system. With a little calmer mind we may be able to focus on solutions to our problems rather than the fear of the size of problems themselves.
